Life with the Turners: The Talkingest Boy
http://lifewithturners.blogspot.com/2010/01/talkingest-boy.html
Life with the Turners. Saturday, January 9, 2010. Elijah talks about twelve times as much as Jack did at this age. Actually i just made that number up. But it's definitely a lot more. And I'm still not used to it. Today I handed him a banana. He said:. Here go, Lijah. Wow. Dat's cool.". What book do you want to read? Thomas' Christmas Delivery. peep peep". Every time we turn on the fireplace:. Look at dat fire.". If I mention the PBS show:. All aboard. Dinosaur Train - Woo Woo". Anytime I leave the room:.

Life with the Turners: January 2009
http://lifewithturners.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Life with the Turners. Monday, January 26, 2009. I am the Mother of a Three-Year-Old. I really can still hardly believe that. It's so crazy that I've been a mom for three years. He can't really be that big. I've had the chance to hold a little bitty newborn baby twice in the last week - and that seems like it was forever ago. But at the same time, it seems like he's gotten so big, so fast. Monday, January 19, 2009. Saturday, January 17, 2009. Just loved this picture of Elijah and had to share it! Is the ...

{The Boyd Family}: Home of the Bwave
http://rickandkelsey.blogspot.com/2015/07/home-of-bwave.html
Sunday, July 5, 2015. Home of the Bwave. Their Beda came this year. Harper, on the other hand, couldn't care less about winning anything. She didn't even smile at the judges and instead gave them an awkward, uncomfortable sneer. She is so not a fan of being the center of attention. They are such total opposites :). Harrison's best friend, Zion, was there too (baby brother Silas not pictured). His 3rd sword, because they kept popping within 30 seconds since he insisted on using it like a real sword. The M...

They require a 6 hour stay in recovery following the catheterization, so we're planning to be home this evening. Tuesday, May 12, 2009. Please be praying for us tomorrow. Here are some specific ways that you can pray:. 1 That Jack would be calm, patient, relaxed, and unafraid. 2 That we would trust completely in God's good plan for Jack. Tomorrow I'm taking ...

Norcross Adventures: December 2012
http://norcrossadventures.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Jason * Kelly * Tyler * Laynie * Josie * Colby. Monday, December 31, 2012. So my hope was to pull together a reflective post, including lots of pictures, to summarize 2012. But, I can not for the life of me figure out an easy way to post lots of pictures to the blog, so the canvas has remained blank. Here it is, New Year's Eve, and I am caught up in a flurry of reflection and hopes for the future. I could list lots of goals, and they would look like this:. More reading, less tv. The first book on my list...

Christopher L. Nelson. Knee Surgery – Update #3. Good evening to you all. I pray that you are enjoying sweet time with family and friends or a beautiful evening of rest. As morning broke, I found relief…in some grand cosmic manner to which I have little logical explanation, the reading if scripture and the rising of the sun culminated in a moment of rest and peace. What does all if this mean? What does God intend for this situation and circumstances? Posted by Chris on 06.28.11. Hachiko Monument, Japan.

{The Boyd Family}: June 2015
http://rickandkelsey.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 26, 2015. We had a very family-friendly Valentine's Day. Which is what I prefer anyway since it's always so crowded and expensive to go out on a date. It doesn't look fancy but MAN it was good. The next morning was Valentine's Day so I made the kids heart-shaped French toast. A) I miss actually cooking for my family, and B) I really need to get some new plates for the kids. So this year I snapped a few pictures of them in front of the door again. They are such goofballs. June bugs. She i...

Life with the Turners: March 2010
http://lifewithturners.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Life with the Turners. Sunday, March 21, 2010. Jack loved pretending to be a cowboy and a farmer, and Elijah thought the petting zoo was about the most wonderful thing ever. There were goats, sheep, llamas, baby deer, miniature donkeys, and even some tiny kangaroos! The boys loved it. We will definitely be back next year - they had so much fun.
