Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Out to the horses 311.8 lbs. I found a source for horse manure! Stay tuned on that one. The twins were playing kickball down at the lower parking area when I arrived on the bike with Nancy running at my side. Eventually they gave me ten modified pushups and twenty regular situps. Went to the Casino late in the afternoon. Up and down results, but eventually drove home with vegetables I bought and dinner I ate all paid for with winnings. I had four last night. Monday, October 31, 2011. So much for that last quest 328. Went to Medifast today and for a few shekels more I was able to restart my 39 week weight loss program. It will work if I can handle my moods, motivation and abstain from beer and wine. I'll just keep on trying. I think most persons who read this know of my hand feeding experience with the hummingbirds last Saturday. What a trip! Joy and I do still plan on driving to Wyoming for Christmas so I had better change my attitude!

Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Returned from Portland weight: 311.2 lbs. Rolled into Oceanside yesterday afternoon at 3:30 pm; about a twenty-six hour journey. I consumed 2 quarts of water, 2 foot long Subway veggie max's, one low fat yogurt cup, one string cheese and 1/3 bag of fritos. Right around $15 total. Portland had beautiful weather which hovered in the high 70's the whole time. Driving into town from Megan's house is simply gorgeous! The shadows and shades of green are remarkable.
