http://thewitcheshammer.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html
Writing A Novel - My Trials And Tribulations Along The Way. Friday, July 28, 2006. I'm writing this in Debenhams'. Café, drinking a large Diet Pepsi and eating a Double Choc Chip Cookie. I was in Game. Earlier today, looking at different PC games I might be interested in. I bought Oblivion. And The Da Vinci Code. Caught my eye because there's been some discussion about Cthulhu. Books on Outpost Gallifrey. Because of the look of the Ood (see below), apparently there are some similarities. Then I thought, ...

The Witches' Hammer: My Mum's an Online Gamer!
http://thewitcheshammer.blogspot.com/2007/08/my-mums-online-gamer.html
Writing A Novel - My Trials And Tribulations Along The Way. Tuesday, August 07, 2007. My Mum's an Online Gamer! We were at the hairdressers a few weeks back and her credit card was rejected. She spoke to the bank and they authorised the transaction but gave her a number to ring ASAP. It turned out her credit card (which she rarely uses) had been maxed out to over £6000. The bank were checking out the 'unusual activity'. I'm just really glad the bank believed her! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Finish this book I don't want to spoil the story for anyone who reads it :-). In no more than 5 sentences, describe your story idea. My protagonist, Annie, finds out she's adopted and discovers that one of her ancestors (Rachel) was burnt as a witch in a small village in 1689, cursing the man responsible as she died. Writing A Novel - My Trials And Tribulations Along The Way. Thursday, October 19, 2006. Basics to Create Dynamic Characters - Lesson 4. Choosing Details and Make Your Details Manageable. The character I'm writing about here is Rachel. She is Annie's ancestor and is burnt as a witch in the Prologue. I wrote things down as I thought of them. Illustrate which details you would use to give the reader strong visuals of your character. Torn, muddy, bloodstained nightdress. Despair of betraying her beliefs.

Writing A Novel - My Trials And Tribulations Along The Way. Monday, August 07, 2006. Specifically, the one at work. Spent my usual 8 am to 6 pm at work Friday, and after we'd finished putting things away it was about 6.15 pm by the time we got to the back door. We were just about to put in the code when one girl noticed the orange Trouble. Light was on, and the display screen said Fuse. The Manager has a seperate line in her office, so I went up and finally. Finally got in at 7.50pm! We've all had our e-...

http://thewitcheshammer.blogspot.com/2005_09_01_archive.html
Writing A Novel - My Trials And Tribulations Along The Way. Wednesday, September 28, 2005. Does anyone else have conversations with themselves or other people in their heads? I do a lot, especially now I'm working on the book - that's my excuse anyway *lol*. Usually it's in my head but sometimes it's out loud, mainly when there's no one else around (but not always! It's said that poor people are mad, but rich people are eccentric.so this means I'm mad because I'm definitely not rich! It was a whole deja ...
