Denne. 75g smøreost (denne gangen ble det skinkeost på tube.). 0,5 dl fløte. 110 g malte solsikkekjerner (kanskje litt mer). Litt salt (droppet dette siden skinkeosten er ganske salt). I tillegg hadde jeg i litt revet ost. Lot røra svelle litt før jeg bredde den utover i en langpanne (på bakepapir). Lot den steke til den var litt gyllen på varmluft 175g. Send dette via e-post.
