Just looking to last entry two months ago - yeah - was feeling pretty low about the whole law thing - things potentially could be looking up - not counting any chickens but tis a chance! Out in LA now anyways - going up to Mammoth at the weekend (snowboarding :-S) and gonna be getting sworn in ASAP - moral certification finally came through all ok! Just keep trying i guess. the old thing:. If you don't give up, you can't fail!

Actually ate a little turkey last week - all went fine in that i didnt die or go crazy but did feel the beginnings of an allergic reaction so took a loada anti-histamine - long story short - decided that i shuld prly stay off turkey in future in case it gets worse which apparently such allergy thingys do! The Name Above Appears On the Pass List for the February 2008 California Bar Examination! I never thought I'd see those words. And in complete honest truth, I didn't even check the results until curiosity overwhelmed me because I was so certain I was doomed to be a repeater. It's not that I gave up.I was just prepared.
