Cold Last night we received a call warning us that there was going to be a two-hour delay for today, due to the snowy conditions and the -5 degrees over night.yippee! Monday, December 29, 2008. What happens whenever I let Aaron take my digital camera to a cage fight? It comes home broken. I've gone through 2 cameras in the past 2 years. It is relatively easy to make wonderful fresh homemade cheeses, but as part of the preservation process, you may want to brine your cheeses. 14-36 oz. Kosher salt. 2 cups Whey collected from making any mild cheese, ripened for 24 hours. 1 Tbsp ( 15ml) calcium chloride (30% solution). 1 Tsp ( 5ml) white vinegar.
