Standard Foods and Nash Tavern. Pastry chef Daniel Benjamin is opening a new pastry shop, lucettegrace. Also in downtown Raleigh. Steven Greene was named the Executive Chef of The Umstead today. Here’s my story on my first meeting with Scott Crawford. This is my recollection of the first time I ate Scott’s food at Herons.
