Sunday, October 24, 2010. Okay, so overall impressions of New Zealand. I hardly know where to begin. Everything was nicer than I expected. The city, the university, the houses (I saw), and beaches and hikes were all beautiful. All of the flowers were blooming everywhere. Thursday, December 9, 2010. Beard, Jobs, etc. So here is what is happening in my life, in no particular order. So, I didn't get the job in New Zealand. I was not that surprised at that point, since it had been so long, still, I was a little disappointed. (Right now, I kind of just want to move back to Hawaii and start some sort of business.). February 25, 2014. Hello from the frozen north! It's polar vortex part IV this week. So coldie outside. It makes me want to cry. But then my tears freeze to my face and my glasses freeze to the bridge of my nose. So I've stopped crying about the cold. I don't think I'm hearty enough to last too much longer here. HAPPY NEW YEAR - EAT MORE VEGGIES! I hope everyone had a lovely break over the holidays and are now back to normality! Our normal is rather odd, I am pretty much under the radar when it comes to work, I suit myself and weeks go past when I just chill and enjoy life and I have to admit I rather enjoy this way of being! Jenna my daughter is also at home at the moment and is an awesome vegan cook so we just generally try out lots of lovely recipes, spend time outdoors, go for walks and read lots of books!
