There were 5 English classes, English 1&2, grammer, reading, writing and oral communication. Most of reading activities were dealt with reading classes. Take reading classes for instance. A main reading activity was repeat. Students always repeated after a teacher or a tape. But this activity was not good, I think, because some students did not repeat after them.
