Just another WordPress.com site. This is not a recipe, it is a happy story. I took the shoulder out of the freezer, popped it in a cooler and let it start thawing. Dropped a couple of handfuls of wood chips in some water and let them soak over night. Pulled pork is not pulled pork with out some slaw. Shredded a head of cabbage and three carrots made a quick dressing with oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, sugar and some grainy mustard. Mixed it all together, popped it int he fridge and went to bed.
