Food Allergy Princess: March 2014
http://glutenmilkcornfree.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Intolerant to gluten, milk, and corn on a budget. Friday, March 14, 2014. This week I was able to drive to Idaho Falls and go to a natural food grocery store. So cool! Majority of stuff there I could eat. Normally I walk around a grocery store and just avoid most aisles. So I made this yummy noodle, pork, and mushroom dish. I also found some pretty good tasting animal crackers. I also found chips. At my local Walmart I was pretty happy with my findings there too! Things. They are actually quite good.

Intolerant to gluten, milk, and corn on a budget. Sunday, April 13, 2014. Two yummy allergen friendly meals. I made carmalized asparagus, beef and rice. Basically asparagus and beef cooked in butter and raw sugar, over rice. Other one. I really wanted hummus. But I can't have normal chips or corn tortillas. I got white bean chips. Yummy! I also forgot to take a picture but I had really yummy roasted veggies. Sweet potato and Brussel sprouts. Yes I like Brussel sprouts. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

http://www.turpinfamily.cc/2015/06/gussi-and-lizzy-and-muse-park.html
The Jason and Shelly Turpin Family. This is our digital scrapbook for the year. Hey - it's faster than using scissors and pretty papers - and it actually gets done. Saturday, June 27, 2015. Gussi and Lizzy and Muse Park. Jessi and Lizzy spent the week in Mississippi with our friends. The halfway point to get them back was Jackson, TN, so we meet there at Muse Park. Such a beautiful day! So happy to have them home! Now, just to get Becca and Boy (as Joy calls him) home! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Food Allergy Princess: Sweet Potato
http://glutenmilkcornfree.blogspot.com/2014/02/sweet-potato.html
Intolerant to gluten, milk, and corn on a budget. Saturday, February 22, 2014. This week I was reminded how much I love sweet potato. I didn't get it much as a kid because my dad didn't like it. But now that I am at college why not? I have found I like it two ways:. Cook the sweet potato takes about an hour at 350. I peel the skin off afterwards(it comes off super easy). I make this one like it is a normal potato. Cook the sweet potato takes about an hour at 350. I peel the skin off. So what do I eat?

Food Allergy Princess: Cinnamon rolls
http://glutenmilkcornfree.blogspot.com/2014/06/cinnamon-rolls.html
Intolerant to gluten, milk, and corn on a budget. Sunday, June 8, 2014. This is not dairy free and does have some corn it it. Not enough to mess with my system but is 100% gluten free. One package of PILLSBURY gluten free pizza dough. Sugar and cinnamon to coat. Preheat oven to 400. Roll out the dough(it is sticky) -I had to use oat flour to help with the stickiness. Spread the butter all over (you want the whole top covered). Roll up the dough-remember it is sticky. Cut up into pieces.

Food Allergy Princess: Peanut Butter Rice
http://glutenmilkcornfree.blogspot.com/2014/02/peanut-butter-rice.html
Intolerant to gluten, milk, and corn on a budget. Saturday, February 15, 2014. Another one of my favorite foods is peanut butter rice. 1/2 cup rice cooked. 1/4 cup peanut butter. 1 T soy sauce. In the microwave heat up 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 T honey, 1 T soy sauce, and a dash of ginger powder. I let those warm/melt. Sometimes you have to add a little bit of water. It took me about 1 1/2 minutes. I mix the rice into the peanut butter sauce. Yum! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). So what do I eat?
