Psychedaisy: Insomnia Art
http://psychedaisy.blogspot.com/2011/03/insomnia-art.html
Notes from the casual side. Tuesday, March 8, 2011. I couldn't sleep- incidental to age, I suppose. So I was reading a back issue of Horticulture. Magazine and I saw this article where a person uses a scanner to make pictures of flowers and veggies. I decided to try it with the only flowers extant- the potted geraniums from the sunny south dining room windows. I think I'll try it again- it's pretty. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Psychedaisy: No More Photos
http://psychedaisy.blogspot.com/2011/03/no-more-photos.html
Notes from the casual side. Saturday, March 26, 2011. Google's new Picassa web storage limits me to one GB, and I've hit the wall without paying to store photos. I think this is fairly new. Does anyone know how to do it otherwise? I'd rather not get into a place where I have to pay to do this blog. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Beowulf to Virginia Woolf. Notes from the casual side. Saturday, February 26, 2011. I'm spending way too much time online. But this is fun. Friday, February 25, 2011. Notes from the casual side. Saturday, March 26, 2011. Who Says We Mormons Can't Laugh At Ourselves? When I'm procrastinating writing psych evals or doing my billing (in my office at the computer) I like to keep up with the Bloggernacle, which is the loosely connected system of blogs and websites of Mormons, for Mormons, and about Mormons. You can find and follow a site in any point along the intersecting orthodoxy, political, and gender spectra. My favorites are feminist Mormon housewives. Which is just ...

A Green Thought in a Green Shade: November 2011
http://wavesblownblack.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
A Green Thought in a Green Shade. Saturday, November 5, 2011. Good movies I've seen lately:. Batman Returns, especially every part with Catwoman, but also every other part. Fun fact: that is an actual dead body. Apparently they were cheaper to use than fake ones. They didn't tell the actress until afterward. The Day the Earth Stood Still (non-Keanu Reeves-style). Bad movies I've seen lately:. Thoughts about Harry Potter and death:. Good books I've read recently:. In a children's book? You will pay for al...
