Cecil Beaton: Theatre of War. December 9, 2012. I visited the Cecil Beaton: Theatre of War. I found his work to be far more documentary than that of other well know war photographers like Don McCullin. Tending to record the people rather than the fighting and many of his photos still retain portrait like qualities. What they don’t realise is that the whole Medina is a tourist attraction itself. We stayed right in the centre of the Medina in a riad called ‘Riad des Sables’, which was owned by a French lady called Katy. Her hospitality was very welcoming, and I did not tire of the offer of mint tea whenever we came back. That said, I found a country with honest and decent people and there is certainly a growing continental outlook to the capital city of Vilnius, which in many places reminded me of parts of Scandinavia. The natural country side is also very beautiful, with lots of pine forests, and a fantastic coast line on the Curonian Spit. Slyšela jsem jen to negativní - je to špatné, okrádání umělců, firem, špatná kvalita, když na to nemáš tak si to nekupuj a nekupuj si kopii. Je to úplně stejné jako u oblečení, filmů, hudby - když na to nemám nekoupím si to, ale kolik lidí to dodržuje? Je tu někdo kdo si nikdy nestáhl film, hudbu, nekoupil si kopii oblečení?
