是 疾病 還是 症狀. 是 疾病 還是 症狀. 只是這個 氣 該怎麼從鼻孔開始傳送到我們身上60兆個細胞 每個細胞為何非得要用這 氣 才能存活下去 如果我們不瞭解這層關係，那你將無法知道高血壓是怎麼來而且該怎麼才能對付它. 當 氣 透過口鼻進入肺部之後，接下來就是心血管系統的事情了，因為在肺泡外圍密密麻麻滿佈的微血管中，不斷流動著一種只載運 氣 的小卡車 紅血球。 在這卡車上面有個獨特的裝置叫做 血紅素 的東西，由於在這肺泡的環境下，只結合氧氣才能形成穩定的活化狀態，因此接下來這 氣 就被過濾成 氧 ，並且即刻就從肺部的微血管匯聚到小血管、大血管後再送回心臟. 當每一個葡萄糖被送進細胞之後，如果有氧氣來做最後的反應時，可以做出38個ATP的 錢 出來 但是如果沒有氧氣時，那麼一個葡萄糖只能做出2個ATP的 錢 而已，足足少了36個 錢 註6,7。 畢竟血液裡所帶氧氣的總量減少時，分配到大多數的細胞，也就是有一搭沒一搭的，細胞能製造出ATP的 錢 自然的也變少，也就是變 窮 了.
