Monday, March 18, 2013. I am (not) a runner. Or maybe I should say: I am a runner trapped in a non-runner's body. I was probably 27 or 28 and this was a low blow. I had been pretty active and was about to test for my black belt in karate, so yes, I had been using my knees pretty heavily. But still. It sucked. Monday, July 8, 2013. My sweetheart is back (an update on the ear tubes). Ear tubes are in! We were at the hospital at six am on Friday and surgery happened around 7:30. By 8:00, E was sipping apple juice in the recovery room, and we were home by 9:30.
