A diary of our family stories. Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Lord You say that you want all of me. And yet I don't have anymore of me left. I am constantly taking care of everyone else. That there isn't anything left to spare. I try to take a moment to feel Your peace. But then my attention is taken away. Someone needs a diaper, a cup of juice, a kiss on a boo boo. There's a pile that needs to be cleaned, a mouth that needs to be fed. My attention is pulled into every single direction. I am not working in vain.

I finally have weaned myself off this sugar addiction and have replaced my empty calories with some good old fashioned fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean meats. Tuesday, May 3, 2011. He finished his first year at Salt Lake Community College! I am so proud of him. He is getting an associates degree in Welding. He has one more year of school. It sounds like a lot, but the first year has gone by really fast. Jeremy is doing great with welding, infact he had the best weld bend in his class. It reached 15,000 psi, which basically means pounds per square inch without breaking and in the welding world that's a great thing! Cheers to one year down and one to go!

Wednesday, August 11, 2010. Why I love them! I LOVE every inch of him! I love his sincere side. He always tells me he loves me. He runs to me when I get home from work and yells mom! I love that if there is a slow song that touches his heart, he cries. (He gets that from Papa Beecher). I love how protective Owen is of his sister. If someone looks at his sister wrong it makes him upset. I love that he sticks up for himself. He knows right from wrong and he will tell you if he needs to. I love my children!
