bloomthink: The VW Bus Camping Adventure and Cute Shy Boy
http://bloomthink.blogspot.com/2012/02/vw-bus-camping-adventure-and-cute-shy.html
About My Work- Writing and Editing. Friday, February 10, 2012. The VW Bus Camping Adventure and Cute Shy Boy. When I was fifteen, our family went camping in Kentucky in a Volkswagen bus. Seriously, all four of us. In a VW bus for, as I recall, two whole weeks of the summer. My younger brother slept in the front seat, kind of folded under the steering wheel. Somehow this did not stunt his growth. I slept on the back seat, though I use the term. But I think that fall I went to my first year of high school ...

The categories were (and always are):. Items I will not wear again, usually traced to A Mistake in the First Place. Items I will just make myself wear again, Because It Would Be Wasteful Not To. Items I don't mind wearing again, Because I Think I Sort Of Look Good in Them. Part 1 - STAGE 2. Each item will work with the layered ap...

The few months leading up to moving day, we culled, and we sold, and we donated, and we parted with, and we dumped. It was great! About My Work- Writing and Editing. Friday, April 27, 2012. The Year My Mother Spanked Me at School. But I had problems. A five-year-old's problems. First, I wanted to go to school-. But they did not have a Kindergarten class and I wouldn't turn six until November, which was well after the cut-off date for first grade. Thanks to my mother, however, this problem was resolved. She was good at that. (See the link at the end of this post.). Talk about incentive to behave, right? But, you see, I was a little.

About My Work- Writing and Editing. Tuesday, May 29, 2012. While I'm Not Sleeping. I can't get back to sleep. I'm tired, but my eyes won't stay shut, my mind won't shut off. I have been here before. I think of my list of things to do, because that seems to be my way of counting sheep. It never helps. I could read, but my current book makes one think and I am already doing too much of that to sleep. I could turn to CNN to find out if any tragedies have occurred during the night. Don't we all wonde...Frida...
