The night time goal of not snacking, well, confession, (gulp), has been overlooked a bit. TOMORROW is a new day,. And that is what this is all about anyway. Last week, I decided to crank up my results for weight loss by adding weight lifting. I went to the gym with my hubby, walked about 20 min on the tread mill and then headed to the weight room for a few exercises using my legs and stomach muscles. I felt great! It was fun to be with my hubby and doing something good for myself. What happened next through me for a loop! STIFF, STIFF, STIFF!
