In a quiet corner of the blue-ginger gardens, adjacent to the gallery, The Summer House is once again hosting an 'Artist in Residence'. From May through to September local artist Kenji Lim will be using the summerhouse as his working studio for much of the summer. His paintings and drawings, mostly in black and white, depict scenes and landscapes evocative of fairy tales and myths. Appointments to view work are available on request. Open March - December.

HOME END FARM - BED AND BREAKFAST. Bed and breakfast accommodation is available between April and October in either a double or twin room. The double bedroom has an original Victorian pine fireplace and cast iron grate. Decorated in duck egg blue there's a comfortable double bed with luxuriously soft duvet and rich liberty chintz curtains. The twin room in the Elizabethan part of the house has a wealth of timber beams and a sash window overlooking the ancient apple trees at the front of the house.
