It features beautiful photos and excellent content, but my favorite part is that is shows women as an equal part of a sport we've been participating in for decades. We're getting after it as much as new parents can, and Tristan is still nursing his knee back to health while I am rediscovering my ab muscles with lots of post-natal physical therapy.
