我想，是因為托斯卡尼豔陽下，才被那黃橙橙綠油油的綿延田野所吸引。 此次的義大利旅程，我刺探性的安排了三天兩夜住在Toscana裡的Pienza，也想體驗這托斯卡尼的鄉野風光。 因為是鄉間，而我們沒考慮開車，所以一切靠著當地的大眾交通工具前往。我信心滿滿在台灣按圖索驥，找好所有交通資訊看好時刻表，就很放心地從羅馬坐火車轉區間車再轉公車前往。 結束羅馬行軍生活後，如願地買了車票.火車誤點在這裡似乎很家常便飯，一開始誤就是兩個小時，那天，剛好就是下著大雨的日子（yahoo的氣象真準! 65292;一大群人被困在火車站就等著火車開，這當中還得不停地注意火車停靠月台是否會改變，時間是否會提前或延後，所以也走不開，就只能痴痴的等待著。於是，我後面的整個時間表被打亂了。區間車沒趕上，所以就只好又往後延.我預計下午三點多可以到達，結果下午三點才剛到轉乘站，坐上了區間車等到了轉運站.已經傍晚五點了.此時要搭公車囉！挑戰來了，找不到公...訂閱： 文章 (Atom). 機票訂好了，住宿的地方也都搞定了，該先買的有特惠票的eurostar也都搞定了。接下來就是簽證囉。 原本打算自己去辦簽證的，但是看了一下申請流程，必須跑到台北，車錢不划算，所以我就將腦筋動到代辦旅行社。 那我就轉往朋友間去問，訪了兩家，一家台北的，含代辦費2900，台南的報價要3300.價差真大，所以我選擇了台北的。 歐洲申根簽證從10/1要附上醫療保險證明，我根據官方網站所建議的，直接找上明台產物保險保了16天，保費1219元。並請他們提供英文證明書。 5保險正本（沒副本，所以正本驗退）. 6所有的旅館往來文件或是證明文件（因為我每天的旅館都訂好了，這樣我才有安全感）. 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). Fissler vitavit comfort 壓力鍋之加壓的秘密. 家裡有個超沒耐心的人，菜煮超過10分鐘他就嫌浪費時間，加上他又得吃軟爛的食物，又得要新鮮食物，不派上壓力鍋是不能解決他的需求的。 以前我怕碰壓力鍋，怕我會使用不當會爆炸，怕升壓的汽汽聲.種種以前的印象，現今似乎已不見當初光景。 科技的進步真是帶給人無限便利，尋尋覓覓，在網路上不斷的做功課。 Made in Germany，品質有保證，比WMF便宜，這樣我還能咬牙接受，加上網路上還沒有傳出壞掉的案例。 但發現，代理進來的fissler，都好天價的貴，要我買個萬把元鍋子，說真的我無法下手，這時只好腦筋弄到代買上。 我買了基本款,vitavit有分comfot and premium系列，最主要差別在於premium的鍋蓋可以調整成無加壓狀態烹煮。 剛開始使用，其實都還蠻順利的，加壓轉小火悶煮半小時，鍋中的東西無一不軟爛，連骨頭都酥了. 我不死心，再把他拿出來煮試試.結果還是失敗Q Q. 原來一開始要加壓時，至少要轉到中大火，讓水蒸汽瞬間大量冒出以順利加壓。 說笨也真笨(但說明書沒說阿 不會只有我這麼笨吧.= = ).

我的麵包機，是威寶，好姐妹們送我的結婚禮物。裡面附的食譜早被阿狗啃掉了，但老實說原本的食譜做出來的麵包都不是很好吃。天氣漸熱，突然開始瘋狂愛上土司。吃慣了自己做的土司，就會知道外面廉價土司的香味真是人工的不得了。生活在悠閒的鄉下，只好認命的打麵糰作土司囉。 最近，更愛上湯種土司的軟Q口感，但單純用麵包機行程，做出來的依舊不好吃，又懶得買吐司模，所以現在我的麵包機只剩下烤土司功能了。 配方，把家裡用不完的sure cream拿來取代鮮奶油，成品真是好吃的不得了，軟軟QQ，再沾個花生醬 真幸福的早餐壓。 湯種作法： 100g高筋麵粉 500g水，加熱煮成稠狀。保鮮膜蓋好丟進冰箱冷藏。煮法可參考 陽光派報. 1將所有材料混合，液體類慢慢加，將麵糰揉打至擴展階段，進行基礎發酵。 2基礎發酵完成，依現在室溫30度，大概一小時就差不多發酵完成了。麵糰體積會比原本大至1 2倍，手指壓下去不回彈。 2004426 終於來到了新竹流浪所，原本只是打算看一看那邊環境與狗狗的生活，心理還未準備好要養一隻狗。 於是，算是衝動吧.想給他一個安穩的環境.我就將他領養回來了。 65292;一大群人被困在火車站就等著火車開ᦁ...
