BLue Fish YuMMY FooDs. Wednesday, September 14, 2011. Pancake roll with Orange cream :D. From left: egg, sugar, constant milk, flour, corn flour. Mix flour, corn flour, sugar, constant milk (as you prefer) and egg. Hit stir until perfect (alternatively may put in a tall tupperware and shake it ). 1 heatt pan with bit of butter (if is non-stick pan, no need to put butter also can), pur in thin mixture and roll it when half cook. 2 add in few roll to make it like 'tree age' cake, like sushi roll in hot pan.

Very easy, and it taste really fresh and good combination of the taste, if u like Thai green mango/ papaya salad, you might want to try this :). All you need is just green apple and red onion, slice, simple seasoning and wala bon appetite :D. Seasoning with taste as you wish. Etc: salt, pepper, olive oil. I use Thai fish sauce for the saltness). Mix and taste, Viola :D. Enjoy everyone, eat healthy live healthy :)!

Deep fry garlic and chili for. Quick fry with cut brinjal. It is not oily at all. And the outer of chicken is crispy but inside is soft :). Quick stir fry with marmite sauce. Teow Cheow Steam Fresh Fish Fillet. Steam fish with sour vege, ginger, tomato, dry mushroom and sour plum. Soupy with sour and spicy.

We had make it as a destination to celebrate Teacher Liow birthday.(i would said take it as a additional chances, to fullfill my stomuch starvation :) wakakaka! SAKURA INTERNATIONAL BUFFET, ATMIRALTY PARK*. While waiting to be seated*. All the food i ate, i make it into photo *shy shy* is not a lot, right?

BLue Fish YuMMY FooDs. Sunday, September 26, 2010. 巴生秋香茶室‘干’肉骨茶 Ba Kut Teh. We just 2 person,why give us so many cup? But i like the service, all the tea beg put on table. All you need to do is select your favourite chinese tea. And put in hot water, self service. The waiter only need to drop down your food order, no drinks :). It was so crowded, although over lunch hours. It was already 3pm that time. I bet maybe '阿贤' TV show. Have recommend this place before. Dry Bak Kut Teh. The outlook not pretty.

During Chinese New Year, we will have alot of rice cake which look like above picture. I prefer cut small pieces and steam it soft until mo-chi type. Mix it with dry fresh coconut meat and seasalt.

Don't have that kinda 'sausage' smell. The home made Bak Kut Teh. Boil with Pork or Chicken with Chinese herb. Traditionally serve with some light boil vegetable oyster sauce.
