Thursday, April 16, 2009. My parents both passed in the last year. They were both in their 90s and had good lives. I held memorials for them to celebrate their lives, where friends and family came together to share memories and be grateful that they knew them. Although guests came with sorrow and feelings of pain, they left with warm feelings of companionship and the knowledge that they could share their loss and recall old memories.
