I see dead people! August 9, 2011. Most of you all know. I lost a great amount of weight (75lbs to be exact). I did it with eating right and exercise. I did replace one meal with this smoothie. Here goes the recipe:. 1 cup of Fat free milk (Brand Over The Moon). 1 med size Banana. 1 scoop of protein powder. And add a couple of ice cubes to chill it. This is a super smoothie, that will keel you full for a long time. It’s packed with antioxidant, protein, and fiber. 3 keys to healthy living.
