Most Unique Selection of Nursery Plants in the Tyler area. Brugmansia are very showstopping with their huge trumpet shaped flowers. Blooming all summer into fall, they will reward you with plenty of color. The plants prefer afternoon shade in the heat of summer. Although considered winter hardy in our climate, we do recommend a thick layer of mulch on the roots in the fall in case the winter is chilly.

I have heard Magnolia described as the horticultural symbol of the South, but I prefer the Camellia. It also has lovely, thick, shiny green leaves year-round and can withstand abuse. It took me a moment to recognize that it was a caterpillar. It was cleverly disguised as bird poop. Look at the photo below to see its unusual, and rather phallic shape.
