過敏症 発疹 発熱 掻痒感など 0.37. いわゆるアレルギーが起こる可能性はたったの0.37 ですから、プラセンタ注射をしてアレルギー反応がでるというのは非常に珍しいケースといえるわけですが、 化粧品やサプリとなるとこうしたデータはありませんし、何やらよくわからない不純物や添加物が入っている可能性があるのでアレルギーをはじめとする副作用のリスクは上がると思います。 なぜ、プラセンタがアレルギーに効くか ということですが、さまざまな免疫抑制物質 具体的には、妊娠初期因子、ビタミンＤ、オメガ３系多価不飽和脂肪酸、 ガングリオシド、コンドロイチン硫酸、グルコサミンなど がプラセンタに含まれていることや基礎代謝向上作用、内分泌調整作用、抗炎症作用などが複合的に働くことで、アレルギー反応や炎症反応を起こす物質の分泌を抑えたり、調節してくれるからと考えられています。 なお、アトピー性皮膚炎や気管支喘息の症状の緩和や改善を目的としてプラセンタを用いる場合、重症の人は週1 2回のプラセンタ注射 保険適応外 を半年間続けるというのが治療の目安になります。
