Kr ssie's ParaDise * :. Wednesday, July 30, 2014. Gain muscle. lose fats! Sis commented I looked slimmer today. But when I weighed myself still the same old weight! Then she mentioned is the body look leaner meaning not so much flabby fats and arms look toner :x. Ok well I did felt a bit different but the changes still far from what I wanted! I changed my exercise routine in the gym! Used to attend a lot of different dancing classes, but I don't see any effect in slimming down even though it is enjoyable!

The best thing is I don't know why somehow I got involved in it when I don't even know what is happening! 血浓于水 that's what my mom always told me and I always believe in it that 家人是没有隔夜仇。As a family we need to learn to love and to forgive no matter what has happened. Kr ssie's ParaDise * :. Thursday, July 10, 2014. I have gained back 2kg after a trip back to KT over the Wkend! Kiasu or kiasi me decided to go gym to burn those fats! 3 consecutive days to gym is no joke. My whole body is breaking apart but hard works paid off! I managed to shed away that extra kilos! Met up my friends last week and some of them commented I have slimmed down but my weight still not my desired one. I do feel my body is toner and tummy flatter a bit. With Love, Kris. Kr ssie's ParaDise * :. Wednesday, August 6, 2014. Finally found a swimming school for YR! I've been requesting for months actually but they keep rejecting him due to his young age! They only accept 4 years old kid. But thank god now they finally allow YR to attend the swimming lesson earlier even though he hasn't turn 4! Looking forward to his 1st lesson!
