Hello I was wondering why, how and did the people responsible for changing the stairwell lights ever investigated anything about lighting principles? Not only was an unnecessary expense incurred but the down illumination on the stairs is cut in half. If you notice the illumination is going up, the bulb sits in the top of the sconce. You would think the original designer had a reason for putting a 360% light side ways in the first place. Another decision not given to the manager to check out?

A message that I think should be posted on your website concerns the problem of drivers pulling up under the canopy in front of the units and leaving their engines running while unloading or even going up the elevators. The fumes and noise are problems to residents of units 103 and 104. Noise and fumes. Folks who do this probably are completely unaware of causing a problem to these residents.
