Thursday, July 16, 2015. Rachel from P.O.R.T. Another volunteer, this lady is instrumental in acquiring land for trails linking the local parks. We are building a new rec center on the outer edge of Fort Madison. Linking the rec center to some of the interior parks makes it easier for the kids to bicycle to baseball and soccer games. Our trails are well used by all ages. 11" x 14" oil on panel. Posted by c.dingman. July 16, 2015 at 6:50 PM. July 17, 2015 at 5:09 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Thursday, August 6, 2015. I didn't plan to go painting this morning but when I walked outside it was too nice to work inside. A friend joined me at Wilson Lake to paint the water lotus. If I can get in a couple of hours to start the day it is just like that early morning walk to the non-painters. 6" x 8" oil on canvas. The lake was beautiful and inspiring. Posted by c.dingman. August 6, 2015 at 10:44 AM. Do you understand what I mean when I say.I AM TOTALLY ENVIOUS! Beautiful painting and lucky you.
