Well since i cant spin at all. and sincei have practically skipped all the spinning by turning up late the previous time. and since this is the 2nd time i am doing lvl 2a. and since i havent been practising all week. and since today is the day for salsa class again. I figured i better do something abt it. It was then the pain hit me.

My cramps had became better in Australia alrdy. so i'd thought "finally "). I should have known better. 1 hour went by before i regret not popping my painkiller earlier. Crawled out of bed, woke up mom who's sleeping w me. Should've known it's too late. the combination of a hot water bottle. The painkiller didnt kick in till 4.25am. Ok i CMI liao.
