Couch to 5K Week 1. June 29, 2009 @ 9:00 PM. 183; { Exercise. Tags: couch to 5k. That lasted 8 weeks I believe. I started to tone up, but after the 8 weeks I slowly stopped exercising. The funny thing is it’s not like I don’t like exercising. When I do it, I really like it and it’s fun, but actually getting up to do it just doesn’t work for me sometimes. It’s so easy to just sit around and say I’ll do it tomorrow. Well, tomorrow is now! You’ll feel better in the long run and healthier! Couch to 5K Week 1.

Those Pesky Plastic Grocery Bags! June 3, 2009 @ 4:21 PM. 183; { Crochet. I have been buying the reusable grocery bags. They’re a dollar and the grocery stores plaster their names all over them. Sometimes I forget them when I go to the store though. I know people keep them in their car, but 1) I don’t have a car, and 2) When I go with someone that does, we sometimes forget to put them back in the trunk. Another great way to recycle those bags is to crochet or knit a reusable grocery bag out of them!
