The Story So Far. Friday, June 1, 2012. Since we saited t go to San Diego for our anniversary, I decided to make the best of staying in town and make a list of things to do for my weekend extravaganza! On my Friday list, I wanted to go on one last ride at the age of 31. Mike and I went and rode the jeep road so we could get some good exercise. This is a picture of my list and Barney being part of things. :). Saturday I wanted a date night at St. Claire's Winery and Bistro. Loved it! My Family and Friends.

http://blvliz.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
The Story So Far. Friday, December 30, 2011. Well, another successful Christmas is down in the books. These are a little out of order, but here we go! Christmas Eve Eve with Barney. We ate corn beef and cabbage (I have this new obsession with cooking with the crockpot) and then went for a little bike ride. The stockings were hung by the chimney with care. Mike with the Christmas tree. We need one more person in the house to take our picture. Oh yes, and we got some major snow! Tuesday, December 20, 2011.

The Story So Far. Sunday, May 20, 2012. Stephanie is another science teacher at my job. We both talked about getting pregnancy this year and she got pregnant pretty quickly. So the whole year we have gone through all the stages of pregnancy and it was so fun to watch her. Now that school is ending, she is getting ready to have the baby so we held a shower for her. Here she is with her presents. Some of the words of advice. The diaper cake. Cute idea. The whole gang showed up. Bad Luck on the Bike. It's b...

Me and the Boys: Tuesday, August 26th
http://rachelromero.blogspot.com/2014/08/tuesday-august-26th.html
Tuesday, August 26, 2014. Tuesday, August 26th. Teagan started kindergarten yesterday. I was nervous for him in the weeks leading up to it, but for some reason, as I watched him walk in with his class yesterday, I felt my apprehension slip away and remembered that no child has ever died from going to kindergarten. So many things were running through my head – what if he has to go to the bathroom? What if he doesn’t know where to put his lunch box? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Words to Live By.

Saturday, September 27, 2014. Saturday, September 27th Trip to Phoenix Children’s Hospital. I was able to get Emerlynn into the dermatology department at the Phoenix Children’s Hospital on Friday morning. I called Tuesday afternoon, and they got her in right away, which is great that we could get in that quickly. They have a vascular anomalies clinic within the dermatology department, so I knew that they’d know what to do for Emmy’s hemangiomas. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I am so so grate...

Me and the Boys: January 2014
http://rachelromero.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 28, 2014. Tuesday, January 28th Needed. First thing in the morning, I open my eyes to hear the baby crying. Because he needs me. Then Teagan is hungry, and he will DIE (DIE! I can’t imagine such a thing as that. I need someone (other than my husband whose tips are always received more as criticism) to micromanage my day and time and then do it all for me while I just lay on the couch and do nothing. That sounds lovely. That’s what I need. Friday, January 17, 2014. Monday, January 6, 2014.

Tuesday, January 12, 2010. Home for the Holidays. I've been putting off this post for a while, because I knew it was going to be an all-nighter. I hate how blogger takes FOREVER to upload pictures, but I knew if I waited much longer, it would be Valentine's Day and I still wouldn't have it done. So I sat down and forced myself to do it tonight. So, here is my documentary of pictures:. My little shadow. And I love it. The chef making Christmas morning crepes. Emma sporting the sunglasses and purse I gave ...

Thursday, May 28, 2009. So I have a lot to catch up on. I haven't been so good at the blogging thing these days. Between traveling, working, and moving, the blog has been put on the back burner. But I'm trying to get caught up, so here goes. About a month ago, Jeff and I took a trip to Seattle to visit my best friend, Amy. Neither of us had ever been there before, but we loved it! Hiked to Snoqualmie Falls- so pretty! Visited the very first Starbucks:. Walked around Pike Place Market:. These Are My People.

Friday, January 2, 2009. Today was Evan's baptism. I can't believe he is already 8! Other than the font overflowing, the baptism went really well. My favorite part of the baptism- all the men singing the primary song, "When I Am Baptized. "Nothing like grown men singing lyrics like, "I like to look for rainbows whenever there is rain." But it was Evan's request, so they did it. Congrats Evan! Allie and her favorite Aunt. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). These Are My People.

Tuesday, March 31, 2009. Since I haven't had time to post much on my blog lately, here's just a quick update of what's been going on in my life the last couple of weeks:. 1) Brittany threw her annual St. Patrick's Day party at our house-. As Liz likes to describe her, Britt is quite the "mother hen.". 2) Debs came into town for a weekend visit-. She was sick. What a surprise. 3) Jeff and I saw Jersey Boys-. I LOVED every second of it! Minus the 57 F-bombs). Thursday, March 19, 2009. These Are My People.

Wednesday, September 9, 2009. Waking up and going for a nice run. I can't tell you how nice it was to go running and not feel like I was going to die of heat exhaustion. I felt like I could run forever in that 70 degree weather. In order to help me train for my half marathon coming up, Jeff even forced himself to run 5 miles one day! Eating delicious (aka fatty) dinners at night. Here are some pics of the trip:. Newport Beach day 1. Dinner at Fashion Island. Gettin' ready for the game to start.

The Story So Far..
The Story So Far. Sunday, January 20, 2013. So this blog has been on hiatus for almost a year, but I am going try and bring it back because of all of the sentimental value it holds. (Also, the fact that the husband asked me to because he was sad too.) It's true. We have had this blog since before we even got married and it does have a lot of good memories that I want to keep going. I am pretty much going to use www.bikingcouple.com. We are so excited to see her! Friday, June 1, 2012. We went to the paren...
