Burt Lake Sunfish Club [BLYC]. Just for the fun of it! Race and Party Schedule. 8220;Sailing for the Fun of it! Our motto captures the spirit of the BLYC! We love sailboat racing, but we’re dedicated to keeping it FUN! We are about 30 families that race, and party, on six Saturdays during the summer at Burt Lake, a large lake located 30 minutes south of the Mackinac Bridge. While we expect participants to honor the basic rules of sailing and racing, we keep it fun by not allowing protests.
