We are living in Jason's parents house while they are in Soroti, Northern Uganda doing the Lord's work. They are amazing people and am blown away by how selfless they are on a daily basis. Monday, May 16, 2011. I might have one of the sweetest brothers there is. Yesterday we went to my moms to celebrate my brothers 36th birthday. I am so thankful for the relationship that I have with him. We talk on the phone almost everyday. I love that! Eric is also the hardest working man I know. Wednesday, July 8, 2009. Fun and Busy weekend. 4th of July weekend was filled with stuff to do. We had tons of fun. Friday night we had a bbq at our house with the Gregory's and later played in the pool. This was Grace's first time in a swimsuit and in the pool other than just her feet. J and I had a wedding for our good friends Rena and Bennett on the eve of July 4th at the Long Beach Yacht Club. It was such a beautiful wedding, intimate, personal, and so much fun. That's Dr. JAW to you ;) I've succumbed to the ease of Facebook these days. but for those of you not on Facebook, I wanted to share the incredibly awesome news that Jared is officially a DOCTOR! Forgive Colby's videography skills and our sad cheering section and enjoy the fruits of 8 years of hard work. So proud of Jared, me (haha, but true), the kids and all the sacrifices that have gone into making this dream a reality. May 30, 2013 at 1:11 PM.

Tuesday, August 20, 2013. Liver and Gall Bladder Cleanse. I'm super tired. so this will be a quick post but wanted to update on the last 3 days of the 3rd phase of the cleanse. And I just have to say that I love that so many of you guys are reading my blog. makes me miss posting on here. So phase 3 has been all about cleansing specific organs. It was by far the most intense (I was hungry) but not necessarily the most difficult because our bodies were prepared to have fewer calories from previous weeks.

Friday, August 16, 2013. The next phase of our detox is a Kidney Cleanse which is comprised of two days eating JUST watermelon and drinking a celery seed tea. good thing we got some sweet ones! It's been surprisingly very easy. I've been dreading this part of the detox from the beginning. I'm on Day 2 and just about an hour ago I started feeling really light headed so I guess my body is ready to be done with the only watermelon. I admire your determination and sticking with this. I couldnt do it!
