Sunday, August 15, 2010. So our little Vera will be 8 months on Tuesday and I finally finished her nursery. This is the only nursery I have been able to all out decorate because you can't paint in apartments. So this is still the same bedding and mobile the older girls used and we went off of that theme. Thursday, February 25, 2010. The family headed two hours north to Vancouver for some Olympics action! It was Ben, Bri. Vera, Brandon, and Ashley. It didn't take us long to find some mounties. Friday, August 13, 2010. We went on a hike at the Ice Caves. It was beautiful and an easy hike for our girls. It was a little scary for me considering and 11 year old girl passed away there the week prior due to ice collapsing. Our hearts are with that family aswell. We didn't venture close to the ice. Where we stopped for lunch Anika found a napping rock. We thought that was pretty cool. Bridget also napped in the pack on the way back to the car. And under blue tarps Garrick lashed to the trees.

I didn't get a newborn photo but I am going to take a photo of Paul next to this bear every month until his first birthday. Then I think i will take one every year until he wont let me anymore. We have been lucky to already now a few people out here from when Brock served his mission in this area and our ward is so great! They have been so welcoming and helpful! I have not felt alone like i thought i would. Our friend Matt came with us and it has been so great having him here. He has been so helpful to us! It is so beautiful and the hike was perfect! Friday, March 11, 2011. I had a hard time getting him to hold still for these! He kept trying to pull himself up on the arm rest! He is constantly on the move by getting up on his knees and then launching himself forward (he doesn't have the arms down yet) or by rolling. He pulled himself to standing once.
