Can you imagine going all day every day with your posture as the first thing on your mind? I'm grateful for an amazing chiropractor who has kept my vertebrae from fusing for the past decade. I'm grateful for my Back Jack. I'm grateful for supportive family and friends who ask me how my back is doing. I'm grateful for my baseball that I lay on at night to release the tension.
