Spicy Chicken Bow Tie in Cream Sauce. 1 lb bow tie pasta. 4 cups low sodium chicken broth. 2 teaspoon red pepper flakes. 2 cup heavy cream. 2 cup Parmesan cheese. 1 cup of spinach sliced into ribbons. 1 can drained mushrooms. 1-Boil water for pasta and salt water prior to adding pasta. 5-Lower heat to medium and add in two cloves of garlic and saute for only about 1 minute.
