I'll update here daily. Monday, February 1, 2010. Finally feeling back to normal. Today is the first day that Ive felt 100% not sick. and it feels awesome. I was actually excited to workout today. Other than my cracked shoulder, it was a solid workout. and I needed it. We did all legs today. as you can see below.

It does make me feel better to write some thoughts down and perhaps share them with a few of you that read this:)! The hiatus I took from training helped. My Ironman Journey and beyond. Sunday, February 17, 2013. I'm excited and a bit nervous to train for this Ironman using Crossfit Edurance. 18 weeks aways starting tomorrow and still working on base training. I do plan on hiring a coach for extra guidance and especially expertise in running form with Valerie Hunt. I'll also heavily depend on my CF coach(s) and extended CF family for more training support. I began this Monday getting reaquainted with the bike and the water! More to come…. Links to this post.
