Nolan and Parkers Blog. The First Grade had to create storybook pumpkin characters for their October book reports. Nolan chose Harry Potter for his character. They had to stand up in front of both classes and present their book, pumpkin and tell why they picked it and a little bit about the story. Nolan and Parkers Blog. Trick or Treat Time. We had a great Halloween this year. Parker went to a 'Boo Bash' Halloween playgroup hosted by our great friends. The kids all looked so adorable in their costumes. They had a fun time playing, decorating their treat bags and then 'trick or treating' for all the fun prizes everyone brought along. Grandma Donna was there to share in the fun with Parker. Parker and his best pal Max check out some actual goldfish in the pond. Trick or treating' down the line.

Nolan and Parkers Blog. One of our favorite things to do as a family is go for a hike in Catalina State Park. It is just down the road from our house. The desert is beautiful in November. Nolan and Parkers Blog. Happy Birthday to our little Spiderman. Parker turned two in November and we had a super fun party with his friends at his favorite place to play-My Gym. Nolan and Parkers Blog. This year for All Saints Day at school, Nolan chose to be Saint Michael the Archangel. Saint Michael was one of the leaders in the forces of heaven in their triumph over the powers of hell. Plus, he carries a sword, and that's really cool. We created the whole costume at home and Nolan's favorite parts were the wings and the 'boots'. Posing at school by Mary. The first grade looked so great. They were all super excited. Nolan and Parkers Blog. Playgroup at the Desert Museum was lots of fun. Parker led the way the whole time and we had fun discovering plants, animals and tons of butterflies.
