Nov 25th, 2011 12:09 pm White Chocolate Snack Mix. White Chocolate Snack Mix. Adapted from an Alton Brown's recipe for White Trash. No longer available from Alton but certainly searchable. Prep time: 15 minutes, give or take. 2 cups Cheerios toasted oat cereal. 3 cups Chrispix rice/corn cereal. 8 ounces M&M's plain chocolate candy. 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries. 1 cups small pretzels. 1 (11 ounce) packages white chocolate chips (Ghirardelli brand preferred). Store in zip-top bags or air-tight containers.

The butternut was left over from our CSA box. We still have 2 more left and they seem to be holding up OK. The beets, swiss chard and a loaf of 3 grain bread came from the Wayland Winter Farmer's Market.

We thought we would be away for the afternoon and this was a menu that I knew I could pull together quickly. I cooked the kielbasa and chorico separately because one of our friends has a beef alergy (the kielbasa was pork and beef).

Colorado Tai Chi Kung Fu Chi Gung Classes

Kung Fu, Qi Gong. Since 1945, Bob Cook has been on the quest of studying and training martial arts and Buddhist / Taoist healing arts. Along the way, Bob studied at and graduated from the San Francisco College of Chinese Medicine. By 1965 Bob had a black belt in Chinese Kempo Karate under the legends Ed Parker and Dan Inosanto. Bob was a champion sparring competitor. Today, Bob lives in Western Colorado where he teaches and shares these treasured art forms including Tai Chi, Kung Fu and Qi Gong.
