Monday, June 13, 2011. Kristen, Kristen, Kristen! Well my little CHERUB is growing up. Last week we had her intergration meeting with the school. And believe it or not, I left feeling good! I feel like Kristen, and myself are going to be supported to the fullest. She is doing amazing things this little girl of mine. Uh Oh, time for mommy to have a hearing test! She was then presented with an assesment of vocabulary for 5 year olds. She quickly got bored, because she was getting it! Visits from my friends.

Wednesday, April 24, 2013. I thought this was simply too cute NOT to share! Such talent the boy has! Just to put things in perspective, yesterday marks the first time I held Jaime, 4 yrs ago. He was 1 week old.and then coded for the first time, during the night, just hours after the photo was taken. We've come a long way from our NICU days to discovering bubble talent and I couldn't be more proud of him! Baby steps to desensitizing him! Tuesday, April 16, 2013. Happy 4th Birthday, Jaime! Anika is still stable on the ECMO, and has not had any significant complications from it. Yesterday, they did an ultra-sound of her kidney’s and everthing looked good there. They have also been doing regular ultra sounds on her head just to ensure there is no bleeding in the brain. If you could, please include young Darian in your prayers. Posted in Baby Stuff.

Friday, January 18, 2013. I simply can not believe that my last post was in October! Well, HAPPY NEW YEAR, my blog followers! The last few months of 2012 were eventful, as usual. I'll try to give a "small" update. We went to the pulmonologist for a follow up this week.he had a great exam. We once again changed his meds.actually discontinuing 1 of them! He screams and cries, makes us all sweat holding him down, then says, "that wasn't too bad," followed by, "thank you for my needle." Melts our hearts!
