Ellie found these reindeer antlers and decided they were a good accessory with her outfit! They are so much fun and soooo cute! We gave Ellie and Jack Christmas presents from Uncle Kevin and Aunt Dana. They really like them. They were ornaments. Ellie's was a cheerleader and Jack's was a soccer player. Paul and Martha really liked the wooden trivetts we brought them from Jamiaca.

Sunday, October 14, 2007. IWU TRIP / OCTOBER 07. We got a call from Devin on Monday, Oct 1st saying that the chorale at IWU. Was singing back up in a concert Friday, Oct. 5 th. With POINT OF GRACE! So, we made quick arrangements to get to IWU. To see this wonderful. Event We left Thursday, the 4 th. Drove 10 hours and got there about 11:30 pm. Sunday, March 15, 2009. It was Sunday, March 1, 2009 when it began snowing in the late afternoon. It had already rained steady for 2 days and I didn't think there was any chance that even if it did snow that it would actually accumulate! I thought all the water would just soak it up. Where love and laughter abound. Monday, August 25, 2008. Our family took our vacation this summer to Gulf Shores. We mixed a little business with pleasure and had a wonderful time. Jeremy had the honor of officiating a wedding ceremony of one of his high school buddies so we tacked on a few extra days of vacation as a family. Here are a few of the pictures from the trip. We had such a good time hanging out as a family. Harrison loved the beach this time. And especially loved the pool! He had a blast!

Where love and laughter abound. Monday, March 30, 2009. We had Kate's first birthday party at our house on Sunday, March 29th. It was a beautiful spring day that turned out to be a lot warmer than the 52 degrees that most meteorologist predicted it would be. Since Kate is not old enough to request a specific theme, I decorated the house in garden party attire and we got our backyard ready for a lot of visitors. Kate enjoyed her cake and her presents. She especially enjoyed getting in her presents.

My king was born to a simple girl and a carpenter, but had eternal royalty running through his veins. I look at my two adorable children and am brought to tears just thinking of how much God loves us. He sent his perfect son to dwell here on this earth with all of this imperfection. He gave love from heaven. What an extraordinary gift! Oh and here are a few of our first Christmas pictures. Enjoy!

We definitely burnt up our four dollar a gallon gas traveling to our parents' homes. Jeremy's parents have a home on Smith Lake so we spent the who day on the lake. Here are a few highlights from that day! He also enjoyed splashing around in the lake. And chillin' with his cool dude sunglasses. Both of the kids loved spending time with their Poppie.
