My weight lost Blog. Just another WordPress.com weblog. Now the truth, i weight in just shy of 350, which for a 20 year old is a really really bad thing. I come from a high blood pressure, diabetes, heart cancer and stroke inclined family. I do not want any of that for myself or for my loved ones to have to deal with that. THE GOAL: 100 by this day next year. That is 8 pounds a month, which is like 2 pounds a week. That is probably not going to be hard until i hit 280. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

My weight lost Blog. Just another WordPress.com weblog. Tip of the week: Dessert. With my recent new approach to eating, i have found that i have a sweet tooth. For so long i knew that but i could not find a way to combat it. Until now, I have discovered yogurt that is flavored like Boston Creme Pie, Orange 50/50 bars, and a new one, Red Velvet cake. There are sooo many healthy things for your sweet tooth, it is all about finding what is right for you. That is bob’s tip of the week.
