I personally think mothers are sent home a little too early nowadays. It is actually quite a common and perplexing side affect to the virus and is called Sudden Sensorineural. Andrew has an appointment in three weeks time with the audiologist and then the ENT. There is a three week to one month window when this can be turned round, so please keep him in your thoughts and lets hope...
