I have lived in Boulder County for the last 15 years and I can never foresee myself leaving this area. I thought I was craving more snow and cold, but once I started hitting the mountain bike trails and getting back on track with our weekend family rides and park trips, I know I must have been crazy to want more snow. I went camping a few weeks ago outside of Leadville up the road from Clear Creek Reservoir. I had fished there once before with Ani, Kevin and Susan. Monday, January 30, 2012. Ani and I took our first "real" vacation in over 6 years to Cabo San Lucas. We chose Cabo for 2 reasons:. 1) We could get a direct flight from Denver. 2) It was on a sunny beach! We stayed very close to the Marina, so we were able to walk down a few times and go out to dinner, grab some drinks and do a little shopping for Livvy. It was an ideal time to go down there. The weather was beautiful, not too hot, and there was practically nobody there. Links to this post.
