Turkey Meats from a Butcher in South Haven

While many manufacturers use mechanically separated turkey, the only poultry that Bob's uses is boneless turkey thigh to make our turkey bratwurst. We, of course, have fresh turkeys for Thanksgiving, but did you know that year round we carry smoked whole turkeys, smoked turkey breast and smoked turkey drums. We also make our own deli turkey breast for lunch meat. Smoked Turkey (from 10-14 #) fully cooked. Can be eaten cold or heated, heating enhances the flavor . Smoked Turkey Drums (1/pkg).

We get our pork from suppliers from Indiana and Michigan. As soon as the meat is received at Bob’s, we cut everything, vacuum seal it and freeze it. This ensures that everything is the BEST quality you can possibly get. As a result, we actually are LESS EXPENSIVE and BETTER QUALITY MEATS then at the big box stores like Meijer or Walmart.
