Veteran, husband, father and grandfather. On April 8, 2006, after finishing a free piano concert. At the Silas Bronson Library in Waterbury, Conn., he suffered a massive stroke that left him with locked-in syndrome. Before the stroke, Bob was an avid runner, well known in the area as an accomplished jazz pianist.
