Final passage of Boulder co-op ordinance Tuesday. January 15, 2017. Thank you for your continued support. Last Tuesday was a momentous evening for co-ops in Boulder. After more than 22 years of work by co-operative housing advocates and our supporters, the city council moved to pass a co-op housing ordinance that we believe will preserve existing housing and allow the creation of new ones, by a vote of 7-2.
