I was recently reminded of these by an online article by Fitness Magazine and changed up their recipe a tad to create mine this morning! 1/4 C Old Fashioned Oats. 1 Scoop Cellucor PB Marshmallow Protein. 1 TBSP HEB Strawberry Preserves. I like to cook my oats for 30 seconds, add my egg white and cook for 30 seconds, stir and cook for 30 seconds. Then I mixed in my protein and added the peanut butter and preserves on top! An attempt at pretty proats. This is VERY simple, definitely a morning go-to for me. I’m a huge fan of apples and of course, peanut butter so I absolutely love this combo. I used Muscle Egg egg whites but they can easily be substituted out for regular egg whites. 1/4 C Old Fashioned Oats. 1/2 Gala Apple (83g for me). 4 TBSP Vanilla Muscle Egg. 1 Scoop Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl. 2 TBSP Peanut Butter. It’s hard for me to pick which day of weight training I like best, but for many reasons I love training back! The main reason is because I want to improve on it! Not my back in this picture, I just really admire her back muscles! All that being said, here is my back and chest workout from earlier today with my roommate.🙂. Supersetted with different aerobic exercises like Burpees, Pop Squats, Pop Push-ups, etc. WG Lat Pulldowns 4×8. V-Grip Cable Rows 4×12. Incline DB Flyes 4×15. Bent Over Rows 4×12.

Okay, so as adults, we all know the affects hormones can have on our bodies. It is important to keep your hormones balanced because it can affect so much of your life. Too little progesterone can cause bad PMS, weight gain, trouble sleeping, and even infertility in women. Too little estrogen can cause problems with internal temperature control and other “female” problems.
