The beauty salon where I work has been getting loads of guys coming in for facials over the last two weeks or so. Up until the end of last month, I'd say I got maybe 1 guy a week having a facial. For facials, manicures, pedicures, hair styling, waxing, etc. you can go to Salon de Rose at Ayala Center in Cebu City. And make-up should be minimal at this age.
